As one partner has stated in forum now is time to get serious.

Expenses for the first two months at Pine Haven will be much higher and we must prepare for it.
We have signed a contract with the farm on behalf of all of her partners . Here is a list and percentage of ownership.

Hopefully we have a new one each and every year if Lady McBrave turns out to be a good broodmare which is a good possibility.
She is extremely intelligent and gentle. She will make a good "mama" .
The above is posted as a guideline so you can have an idea of what to expect each month.
Keep in mind at all times that this combination of bloodlines and conformation could very well produce a extremely valuable
racehorse as well as a $5,000 claimer. But this is the only way you can get your hands on a good one in this business.
More news soon.................

Remember if we breed a WV foal , even if we use an out of state sire we are eligible for ALL the breeder awards which
are very large. Even if we sell the foal we receive all the breeder awards . Most of the big WV owners would be out of the
business if it were not for their breeding awards.
One of the big perks given by the State to Breed and raise and race here.
Sires mentioned so far....
Rock Slide.....A lot of inbreeding here.
Shaniko....Queen McRace fan no doubt. Actually this combination (Shaniko/Lady McBrave ) has produced some great
horses including Ice Box.
THIS PICTURE OF LADY MCBRAVE WAS TAKEN WHEN SHE WAS A 2 YEAR OLD.
ABSOLUTE PERFECT CONFORMATION.
SHE LOOKS THIS GOOD , IF NOT BETTER TODAY , 2 YEARS LATER.

A FOAL DROPPED BY LADY MCBRAVE PRODUCED FROM THE RIGHT SIRE WILL BE GRAND LOOKING .
A breeding experience will be a new one for Mcracehorse partners , but already three of our ex raceshorses have produced
very nice looking foals. One is a 2 year old this year.
Time goes by quickly.
We turn Lady mcbrave into an annunity and really believe that the Storm Cat line through her Sire Stormy Atlantic
, again with the right combination , will give us a foal year after year.
The financial picture is as follows:
$600 per month board for the rest of this year. Lady will
rest and enjoy the benefits of running around and grazing
rich WV grass.
When a sire is selected. We will mate her here on this page,
using the Equineline free service. Her owners will submit their
own sires and run them both through the computer to see what results are.
Fun and very productive.
End of year will be choose the best one based on stud fees
, farm located and general costs.
Our trainer will check on her weekly right through the day the foal drops making sure all costs stay within our
budget levels.
We could never buy a broodmare with her breeding.
Check out latest Thorougbred Times there is an article about her sire Stormy Atlantic.
We didn't get the big one when we purchased Lady but maybe her foal of 2013, 2014,2015,2016 will be the one.
The blood of champions will be flowing in thier the veins .
