Remember if we breed a WV foal , even if we use an out of state sire we are eligible for ALL the breeder awards which are very large. Even if we sell the foal we receive all the breeder awards . Most of the big WV owners would be out of the business if it were not for their breeding awards.

We didn't get the big one when we purchased  Lady but maybe her foal of 2013, 2014,2015,2016 will be the one. The blood of champions will be flowing  in  thier the veins .

 

 

100 SHARES WILL BE AVAILABLE EQUAL TO 100% OWNERSHIP OF LADY MCBRAVE AND ALL HER FOALS.

 

EACH SHARE  PURCHASE WILL BE FREE.  (MINIMUM PARTICIPATION WILL BE 4 SHARES)

 

EACH PARTICIPANT  (SHARE)WILL PAY  1% OF THE MONTHLY BUDGET FOR HER BOARD.

 

FOR THE YEAR 2012 EACH SHARE SHOULD BE ABOUT $6.00 PER MONTH.

 

FOR THE YEAR 2013 IT SHOULD BE ABOUT $6.00 PER MONTH AND PERHAPS $9-$10 PER MONTH THE TIMES SHE IS BOARDED ON THE FARM WHERE THE SIRE IS LOCATED. THIS COULD BE A MONTH OR MAYBE TWO OF THE 12 IN 2013.

 

VET BILLS WILL BE VERY LOW IF ANY UNTIL TIME TO BREED.

 

THE SIRE FEE (WE WILL LOOK TO THE $2000-$10,000) RANGE AND PAY MUCH LESS. THIS IS DUE WHEN FOAL IS DROPPED ALIVE.  THERE ARE ALL KINDS OF DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE ON THESE FEES . MANY FACTERS INCLUDING THE FACT THAT THE STUD HAS A CHANCE TO MATE WITH A STORMY ATLANTIC MARE IS ONE OF THE FACTORS CONSIDERED WHEN SETTLING ON A FINAL PRICE.

 

 

 

 

FUTURE PLANS FOR THE FOAL WILL BE TO

a. RACE ( A COMPLETE PROGRAM WILL BE OUTLINED FROM YEARLING YEAR TO 2 YEAR OLD YEAR)

 

B. SOLD AT AUCTION. WEST VIRGINIA BRED YEARLINGS AND 2 YEAR OLDS GO FOR VERY HIGH PRICES AT MAJOR AUCTIONS.

 

C. THIS DECISION WILL BE OF COURSE UP TO HER OWNERS ON THE USUAL MAJORITY VOTE BASIS.

 

 

PERIOD:  JUNE 24-AUGUST 24.

 

THIS WILL BE PAYABLE every two months until the end of the year.
